I don't pretend to have all the answers. But lately I've been implementing a little trick that has helped me. I think it can help you too. My agency is growing. We have amazing clients. We also produce a world class conference. The conference and the clients are synergistic events on paper. In execution they are at odds. One takes from the other in time, energy and sweat equity. I have lots of experience being out of work. It happened to me three times in a two-year span. Five times total throughout my career. I'm only 40, so that's a pretty impressive streak. Three years ago I launched the first Westchester Digital Summit. Last month Forbes magazine called us one of the "Conferences That Will Keep You Ahead of Marketing Trends This Year." Rest in Peace Sean Lugano May 24, 1973 – September 11, 2001

Wikipedia defines the September 11 attacks as “a series of coordinated suicide attacks by Al-Qaeda upon the United States on September 11, 2001″. For the Lugano family it was the day their son Sean died. This Friday marks the 8th anniversary of this tragic event, and I can’t help but think of the Luganos. On the website “Friends of Sean Lugano” Sean’s mother Eileen Lugano says “I called him my perfect child.” I only knew Sean as captain of my Rugby Team at Loyola College, and I cannot imagine the hurt their family feels.

Growing up Gotti

Three years ago today I married the love of my life, Laura Jean Guiglotto I’m generally a lucky guy, but marrying Laura has turned out to be the maraschino cherry on the proverbial “banana split” of my life. 5 Surprising Ways Social Media Can Make You a Better Person

’ve been blogging for a few years now. Initially I started blogging while I was working at Performance Based Ad Network Azoogle (Epic Ads). Back then my posts revolved solely around which offers I felt were performing best on the network. I was finding my voice and only updating once in a blue moon. Now that I’m immersed in Social Media, I find that I cover topics effecting the social media ecosystem most often. However, I do offer personal information on my blog posts: See “Open Letter to My Wife”, or “Open Letter to Papa”. These posts were cathartic, and have added a layer to my blog I never expected to be there. Blogging has helped me in business, and my personal life as well. It’s become a personal journal. I’ve chronicled my journey through unemployment, exhilarating moments with family, interesting friends, business decisions and tid-bits of entertainment.
