The Most Powerful Secret to Being More Efficient When Blogging

Last week I hosted a WomanCon panel discussion about personal branding. A topic that kept coming up during our discussion was time. Time to spend on your personal brand. Time to raise money. Time to post your content. Time to work. Time to enjoy a work life balance. Most women in the audience were entrepreneurs. They realize that they need to publish content to their social places, but just don't have the time. Or if they finally do get around to publishing they rarely share that content on the proper social places. In the midst of our conversation I mentioned my secret weapon CoSchedule. I use their CoSchedule Headline Analyzer to ensure every headline on my blog is compelling. I use their WordPress plugin on this blog. CoSchedule has a Drag-And-Drop Marketing Calendar. It's so beautiful and simple. CoSchedule-Calendar As I post a blog, all I have to do is scroll down to schedule my social media posts. There is an easy workflow management for your marketing team if you have one. The most powerful feature for me has been the re-scheduling of old blog content. I've been blogging for 10 years. Taking timeless content to post again has breathed new life to my blog. Attracting new visitors who have never heard of me before! Since I've been blogging on WordPress sinceI launched my blog, I happy to learn that they had a simple WordPress plugin. CoSchedule is an all-in-one marketing calendar. It's become my main calendar. I log into the calendar every morning. I check the status of my posts. See how well people are engaging with the content. I usually schedule a few weeks worth of content at a time. The platform is empowering. It frees me up to focus on creating compelling useful and practical content on my blog. I don't have to worry about manually posting any content at all. The best thing about CoSchedule is that as you can manage your content using drag-and-drop. This is a tremendous feature. I find that the more content I create the less time I have to post. When I can see my monthly calendar of content in one simple interface I'm ahead of the game. There's nothing that slips through the cracks.  I also find that feature which ranks my most popular post is helpful. In the platform it tells me which social platform the post performed the best. So if I can see that one post did well on LinkedIn, I know that I can re-schedule it on that platform at a later date. This guarantees success for my content.CoSchedule-EditPost CoSchedule integrates with WordPress, Evernote, Google Docs, Google Analytics and major social media tools like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Buffer, and even Google+ Pages. Even though Google+ pages tend to get overlooked, I think they're important. I find that when I schedule my content via Co-Schedule on Google+ the content is discoverable via search almost immediately. This helps me drive huge amounts of traffic to my blog. The more eyeballs, the more money I make. Suffice to say Co-Schedule helps me make money on my blog. I recommend you give it a shot. Who’s the Coach?

I’m Chris Dessi.

Tech entrepreneur. Author. Talking head.
But before any of that—I’m a builder.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping companies grow:
From dot-com chaos to SaaS scale-ups to AI-powered everything.
I’ve sold software across continents. Closed $32M in deals using AI.
Built and exited businesses. Bombed a few too. All of it made me sharper.

Today, I run Torque AI, a marketing automation platform built for the 99%.
Small business owners. Solopreneurs. Operators with too much to do and not enough support.
We give them AI superpowers—without the hype, the jargon, or the BS.

I’m also the founder of AI Summit NYC, where real business owners come to learn how to actually use AI to drive revenue.

When I’m not building, I’m writing books, speaking on national TV, and coaching execs through reinvention—with a baseball bat in one hand and a meditation app in the other.

I believe reinvention is our greatest asset.
I believe AI isn’t the threat—it’s the test.
And I believe if you’re not adapting, you’re eroding.

Let’s build something that matters.
