69 Day Giving Challenge – Day 7

The magic of giving for the sake of giving is that it’s contagious.  This fact is becoming more and more apparent as I get deeper into my 69 day challenge.  All sorts of friends and family have been reaching out to me to offer gifts – largely from their own businesses. I think this is tremendous, and inspiring.  Today’s gift was just one of those “donated gifts.”  My dear friend John Praino and I grew up together in Mahopac, New York.

He”donated” today’s gfit. What’s the gift? A 2 Day FREE trial for one person at John’s personal training facility in Mahopac. Follow the link to learn more about John and the training session he offered.

I posted details of the gift on Facebook.  Another Mahopac friend Karen (Blank) Roberts generously “nominated” her friend Amy (Cargain) Fitzgerald to receive the gift. I learned that both women are living with Lupus, and that the training would make a huge difference for Amy.  The power of giving for the sake of giving. Wow.
